    Comments: Whilst of course I agree this is a high priority and extra carriages are required to Salford Crescent (thats when trains even bother running) I also feel strongly about the other stations and routes on the Northern network. And you will actually find EVERY route is over crowded to some degree, some a lot more than others in peak times.

    Comments: Agree - More carriages needed! Sooo evident. Why should our train conductors have to take the brunt of complaints, tuts, moans and the like when the higher position/higher paid decision makers should be the ones bearing this wave of customer frustration!!!!

    Comments: It's a shocking service. I don't know why people go to Alton Towers for rides that make you feel sick when you can just jump on a train....that's if you can get on of course. Seriously though it isn't the staff's fault as they are super but the carriages are really shoddy.
