Implement Built Then Sell Housing Scheme
The Petition
1. We, the citizen of Malaysia, demands that
a. The Malaysian Federal Government and the Various State Government to recognize and accept that:
1) The house buyers are the actual victims
whenever a housing development is abandoned
2) An abandoned housing project has tremendous
implications in terms of financial and emotional trauma
to the purchasers
3) The failure of housing projects is mostly
attributed to the failure of the developer to manage
their own financial and project management properly
and is not the fault of the purchasers.
b. The Built and Sell system to be implemented immediately without any further delay.
c. The Government forms a special purpose vehicle which equipped with the necessary laws and powers to rehabilitate the abandoned housing projects with immediate effect.
