Name: Diana Davies on Aug 7, 2008Comments: BT's reply to me was misleading, (deliberately I suspect), claiming a reduction in rental from 1/5/07 for non- DD customers (implying didn't apply to DD customers ) and omitting rise in rental 1/4/08. Claimed I was only paying 50p a month more! Can't have the paperless bill discount if I don't use DD. Also why should only non- DD customers pay for late/non payments. This is discrimination surely.Flag
