204 Stephen JenkinsI wish to object to the housing planning at Bryncoch.
205 Julie RibtonThere is too much traffic already and the conjestion around the schools would also increase endangering our children.

214 dorothy mackayas a visitor to this part of Wales I feel that this area should not be developed but left as part of a consevation/heritage area. The council needs to research better the areas it proposes to designate for more housing.

222 Robrt J MaconachieThis is an area of Natural Beauty which should not be covered with Bricks and Tarmac.
223 B. MaconachieThis is an area of great beauty which I have visited over the years. I have enjoyed walking through the countryside, savouring the peace and tranquility it provides. It should not become an extension to an urban jungle.
224 Gareth GriffithsAs a resident of Bryncoch, I am amazed as to how anyone can think that the current road infrastructure could cope with the 400 or so extra cars which would result from this dev't going ahead. It would be chaos since the current road system is already struggling. The only ones who would benefit from this would be the construction company who undoubtedly make a fat profit. Further, to build on this land would flout all the reasons why this land was designated as green wedge in the first place.

231 Catherine PughI strongly object to the proposed housing development at Bryncoch Farm. It will ruin the village in more ways than I can mention.
232 Mrs H. ClarkeI feel very strongly about putting more homes in the Bryncoch area. I am originally from Bryncoch and now live in Cadoxton. It is difficult already on the roads without increased traffic at Pen-Y-Wern roundabout. Schools in the area already have high numbers in the classes. Sewage is already a problem, if anyone has walked into Neath via Burger King, they will understand what I mean. As for taking a Green Field site and building houses on it instead of a Brown Field site is truly ridiculous. What the Neath area needs is low cost housing not houses that the majority of young people will be unable to afford in Bryncoch. We have to look after our heritage for the sake of our children, who as yet cannot make themselves heard.

245 Bethan Jenkins AMI support the campaign wholeheartedly and if you require additional support, Plaid Cymru Neath will be more than willing to do so.
246 Richard LloydI strongly object to this development at Bryncoch Farm, If anyone thinks that only 200 houses will be built need to remember that this the minimum and if land used to maximum this could be as many as 480 with all the problems to the info structure this will bring

248 Julia LewisI strongly support your campaign, having lived at the bottom of Penywern Road (parents) for a number of years, I cannot believe the planning application has come so far - bearing in mind the traffic implications! Good luck!
