I caleb dicks have wanted to see my brothers and dad every since i was 6 years oldi have had contact with my dad off and of for about every 2 years, so me and my mom had went to spend the night at my dads house bc we had called him and asked him if we could and he said yes, the next morning him and his ex-wife had barged into the door and woke everyone up this was around 7:30 am and my step sister and her 3 month baby had been there with us, he kicked us out with nowhere to go and he had called police on us for tresspassing and he didnt want us on his land, when the police showed up he had said that i wasnt his son and didnt want anything to do with me, so 12 years went by without hearing from any of them, and we were in savannah tn walmart and had seen my dads step brother and my mom had asked about my dad and he had said " you havent heard about j.r. he passed away from a massive heart attack" so we had went to middleton and to search for his grave and it was nowhere to be found, and so my mom had went to my grandmas house while i was at work one day and she had said that your brothers want to see you and found out that my dad was still alive , and we went to see them and it was on new years and 4 days after that we had went home and i wanted to call to talk to my dad and brothers and he didnt answer, the next time i called he said "he didnt have another son" he lets my brothers dip and sometimes even sleep in their house with no heat, and now i am not allowed to see my brothers because of their mother, she does not like me at all, and i want to get my brothers out of there.
