Broadband/Cable Service Provider Competition in Union County, NC

68 Signatures Goal: 5,000

Do you want to see Google Fiber service (internet broadband and cable TV) become available in Union County, NC? Many areas of Union County have only ONE choice when it comes to internet service providers and cable TV. AT&T U-verse installed fiber optic lines in Charlotte several years ago, buy most areas in Union County do not have that service since they stopped at the end of the Charlotte boundary.

Let's not let that happen if Google decides to bring its service to the region. Help by including yourself in this petition, and we can send a message that Union County wants to be a part of this change.

By doing so, residents of Union County would have more options and greater competition with regards to their internet provider and cable TV provider. This will benefit residents by both improving price competition, as well as service competition.

Please support this petition, and support a long needed change to the antiquated one provider system we have lived with for too long.

Thank You
