As you know most homes in the outskirts of the Harrisburg/Orient area do not have any options for broad band internet service. We are having to use mobile hot spots and satellite in order to receive any internet service at all. School and employers are requiring a lot of things to be done online and that causes a hardship to those that are unable to retain decent internet service.

I called Time Warner and enquired as to why they were not available and what I would have to do in order to have their service. They are not allowed in the outlying areas due to FCC regulation. I then enquired what would it take to change this. I was told that one person can not change it, I would need to get the government behind me.

I am petitioning our local government to bring Time Warner Service or some form of broadband to our area for all homes. Please consider signing my petition to help all of our county to enjoy decent service.
