We, the citizens of Marion County, demand the immediate and unconditional resignation of Carl Brizzi as Marion County Prosecutor. Mr. Brizzi's pervasive history of unscrupulous business dealings, favoritism for political donors/lawyers and consistently disgraceful behavior has both violated his oath of office and undermined the public's trust and confidence in our criminal justice system.
