Name: Anonymous on Sep 5, 2007State:Country: CAComments: Stopping imports based on some stupid law you invented to preserve a race that created itself by inbreeding is not acceptable. There is no such thing as 'french' people - France was settled by a Germanic tribe - The Franks. The language of the world at the time was French and they chose to keep it. The Quebecois were not a race until they chose to inbreed - so why in the world do we owe them any allegiance They cost tax payers millions in bribes and in medical costs to deal with the diseases associated with inbreeding. Stop the discrimination - who cares whether or not those morons can read the labels or not.Flag

Name: Greg Stein on Sep 5, 2007State:Country: CAComments: It's just another example of the vile anti-european bias and discrimination that has been going on in Canada for years. Go to any ethnic chinese store here in Toronto and you'll find literally hundreds and hundreds of products with nothing but mandarin labels-forget about FRENCH labels not even a word of ENGLISH! Never mind online petitions,go to your local politician and THREATEN VIOLENCE and CIVIL UNREST-it seems to work great for our Aboriginals and other 'Visible Minorities when things don't go their way!" Name: Peter Lovering on Apr 26, 2008State:Country: CAComments: Quebec and the language police can go to hell. Canada, free This is a fascist state we live in. Treudeau has a lot to answer for. One word can describe this, racism. Gotta keep the Quebecors happy. As far as I'm concerned, give them their independence, with NO financial support from Canada. We don't need them. It's funny, even the French don't like em. Once they're gone, then maybe this stupidity and economic burden that's called bilingualism can come to an end.Flag
