The City of Pasadena Historic Property Contract Program was established by ordinance under the authority of a State enabled program known as the Mills Act (California Government Code, Article 12, Section 50280-50290). An application is being submitted for property 503 Cypress Avenue, Pasadena; this property has been registeres as a condominium. All parties understand that there is no home owners associaton. However, for the purpose of this application the petition is required to indicate support of all the affected owners.
