Name: Bryony Creed on Aug 11, 2011Comments: McQueen loved London - London loves McQueen. Simple as that. We should be given the chance to view the best selection of his legendary work as our own celebration of a true British talent. I was astounded to find the exhibition would be taking place in New York in the first place, and was very frustrated that I would have to make an expensive trip across the Atlantic to view something that so many American's could view in a day trip or one evening after work.Flag

Name: Jade Norman on Aug 11, 2011Comments: I'm a massive Alexander McQueen fan, both past and present, I have always been fascinated by Lee who made fashion in Britain what is it today... He has inspired so many new fashion designers... And made his mark with the established designers. I've had the book shipped over from America to see the wonder of his work... And it would be a travesty for the British public to only see those images on pages in a book. Bring Savage Beauty to the V&A... Its what Lee would have wanted.Flag

As a fashion student, I am inspired by him and personally believe it necessary for the Met exhibition to be made accessible to all!Flag
