I think each county should take advantage of using the less violent criminals in hard labor to repair our county roads, clean up around abandoned homes, help out with planting and gardening for the less fortunate, work in soup kitchens to feed the homeless, help out with small repairs with the elderly who can't do things for themselves, in other words rehabilitate so they don't want to commit to criminal acts again, and I think our governer should approve of this method. if you feel the same or have any comment that you would like to add please do so, all comment's are welcome good or bad, everyone is intitled to an opinion, thank you
