Name: Yvonne Poole on Mar 22, 2010Comments: Saturday night was made for the Horror Double Bill, bring it back and BBC 2's viewing figures would grow week upon week as the Great British Public would rediscover the joys of fantastic gems like the original The Wolf Man, Dracula, Frankenstein and many, many more. Staying in with a bottle of wine to watch a classic Dennis Wheatley is my idea of a brilliant night. Bring Back BBC 2's Horror Double Bill please!Flag

Name: James Greene on Mar 22, 2010Comments: The age of classic horror movie censorship should have been over by now. Bring back the monsters! These films are classics in every sense and are superior to the mindless dreck appearing on screens worldwide today. It's time to bring them back and show the public what they have been missing.Flag

Name: Stuart Barr on Mar 22, 2010Comments: Let's celebrate British genre film. I'd like to see classic Hammer, Amicus and Tigon productions featured on the BBC. BBC 3 would seem ideal, along with a nice doc on British horror.Flag

Name: Dolores Harrington on Mar 22, 2010Comments: I grew up watching the Hammer double bills on BBC 2. Real shame that Hammer and especially RKO films do not get shown anymore. Scary thing is kids will grow up not watching black and white films and not know influences that make modern horror films today.Flag

Name: Alan Boshier on Mar 22, 2010Comments: Not only horror films, but more classic films in general. So much film programming on the BBC focuses on US films from the 90s and beyond, and our national public broadcaster needs to show a lot more dedication to screening things that reach beyond such narrow confines to justify the license fee.Flag
