   Comments: BRING BACK FIELD HOCKEY AT UMBC. The campus would really benefit with the revival of a previous program. There is great talent in high schools within Maryland so recruiting would be very successful. As a coach, things can only get better... if you are willing to put in the effort..

Did you do everything you could to avoid this result Did you put some mailing SOS's out for funds to your field hockey, womens sports and athletic alumni Your varsity booster clubs Your alumni donor lists Isn't there a fee that can be raised How embarassing that this happened on your watch. Sounds like you really underfunded the program. Do the BOTrustees know how you underfunded the program You have diminished your school. You have diminished a component of the education at UMBC, and not just for the women on the team. Unless you have the capability of correcting the damage you have done, I hope you lose your job.
