Name: Linda Findley on Jun 16, 2007Comments: I HATE the XM satellite Air America weekday line up ----- until Randi comes on, I cannot listen. Lione whoever he is is horrible, Schultz sounds spookily like Rush -- neither has very many substantive guests like Randi does or Al used to. Sam Seder was great - so sad to see him go. Please bring him back -- could you get Thom Hartmann, tooFlag

Name: Vicki Coffman on Jun 16, 2007Comments: I buy XM radio for no reason except to get Air America, and I am becoming sick and tired of the crap I am getting for my money. I would like some real progressives during drive time, and all other times, please.Flag

Name: WillyT on Jun 16, 2007Comments: Sam Seder's show was the best on AAR. You should have given him Franken's spot when Al left, and you would have seen ratings go through the roof. Lionel pfft... Bring Sam back to weekdays before you do any further damage.Flag

Name: Susan Habegger on Jun 16, 2007Comments: Lionel is a horrible radio talk host. I cannot understand why you hired him. Instead of listeing to the Lionel Show on the AAR web stream, I listen to Thom Hartmann on the Chicago AAR affiliate web stream (can't get a good signal on the radio for Chjicago affiliate so I have to listen on the web stream). But, I WOULD listen to AAR's web stream if you brough back Sam's weekday show.Flag

Name: Anonymous on Jun 16, 2007Comments: Bill Donahue IS the last straw. It would be like Rush Limbaugh inviting the head of PETA on his show. If Lionel and AAR don't realize how much of a hateful person Donahue is, they don't belong in the progressive radio business. Restore Sam.Flag

Name: Larry Dunn on Jun 16, 2007Comments: I couldn't agree more. Our local outlet (AM 760 in Denver, CO) plays Sam for 1 hour on Sundays, reminding me how much I miss his show. I have been a big fan of Air America's shows from the beginning - with the one exception of the pretentious, annoying Mr. LeBron. I remember him from a previous defunct station - and often would just turn him off when I realized I had no idea what point he was making - other than he's in love with his annoying voice. A host who gives himself a fake name should be a clue. Even Madonna is more relevant.Flag

Name: Doug Adams on Jun 16, 2007Comments: Since the management change at Air America there has been a NOTICABLE decline in true progessive on air talent the Lionel show is an example. Please remove the boaring Lionel show and replace it with the always exicting Sam Seeder show!Flag

Name: Kenneth H, Fairfield on Jun 16, 2007Comments: In addition, please note that Air America was conceived as an alternative to the right-wing media noise machine, not as an imitation of it. There is absolutely no rational argument for having a host on AA that echoes the right-wing talking points, does not do diligent research on his topics and guests, and who appears to disdain AA listeners...who are also AA callers.Flag

Name: Grant Levy on Jun 16, 2007Comments: I said the same thing the very first day I heard Lionel replace Sam Sedar. Sam comes across as so much better read and educated that Lionel. Sam belongs front and center with the other top Air America personalities, Randi Rhodes and Rachel Maddow. Lional sounds more like he belongs in a mid-market morning drive-time FM slot. Please bring back Sam to his rightful place in the morning on Air America weekdays.Flag

Name: Jane Fish on Jun 16, 2007Comments: I miss Sam so very much. I podcasted him every day, and listened to every minute. Lionel gives me lots of free time, because I don't listen to him. I like your new weekend shows and the extra hour of Ring of Fire, but Sam brought real vitality to the weekdays - - something that is sorely missing now in the mornings. Three hours a week isn't enough. Please bring Sam Back! JaneAustinFlag

Name: Gayle Miller on Jun 16, 2007Comments: I believe Mark and Richard Green are sincere in their dreams/hopes for Air America, but my God, what a mistake hiring Lionel was. We'll stick with you even so, if, unlike Bush and those on the RW, you admit Lionel was a horrendous mistake and bring back Sam Seder-- promote him and you'll see his talent will be appreciated in return with listeners, advertisers, and ratings.Flag
