Comments: We need a HC not only with experience but successful experience as a HC. In addition, we have to have someone that demands self discipline from the players, demands respect and doesn't settle for less than successful performance.

Comments: If Marty would want to come back to the Browns, then by all means do what it takes to hire him. I think it would make sense. He could be in Cleveland for about 3 or 4 years. The Browns should then start winning games again, and more consistently. And then perhaps the Browns will be a playoff contender again. Then in a few years, after Marty has established a winning attitude, he could step down and hand the reins over to a younger head-coaching candidate- one with leadership ability and great upside -that has been groomed to eventually take over as HC to continue what has been established. It would make a heck of a lot of sense, wouldn't it
