We, the united AVON Reps of America, want Customer Service brought back to America. The customer service we recieve now is inadequate. We have a hard time getting correct answers to our questions and worst of all we are unable to understand what they are saying most of the time. The CS reps are also unable to understand what we are saying which makes it very difficult to take care of problems and questions we may have. We have been hung up on and had CS reps get attitudes with us and it very unproffesional. New AVON reps have quit because they cannot get the information and help they need from CS. We love being AVON reps but we can not continue to deal with Customer Service that is impossible to understand.
