At the time they were one of a kind, so it was a bizarre move for their record company to drop them. Even more ludicrous considering they'd had chart AND critical success, and had a huge following.
Now, more than ever, we need a band like V to make this misreable world a brighter place.
And now would be a good time for their record company - or another, with some sense - to make right their wrong before it's too late and the guys give up their talents and wind up as plumbers or cab drivers.
