   Comments: The Trans Am is a sign of American HIstory, and if GM brought it back, it would do a great deed in this area. Because of this, I believe many car owners that prefer hot rods would choose this car if it was brought back. Thank you and I look forward to buying one.

    Comments: it was a SAD DAY when GM got rid of the Firebird/ TRANS AM What the Hell were they Thinking!! this car was so Beautiful ! who can forget the 2 gen cars 1970-81 Timeless! or the 3ed gen cars the 97-02 with the RAM AIR HOOD was allsome!! or the first year 1969 with less then 650 made! ALL THE YEARS WERE GREAT!!

    Comments: my very first car and still favorite was a gold 79 trans am. since then i have owned 6 Firebird / Trans-am's and i was so sad to hear Pontiac was to be shut down. im glad to see that the Camaro is back and looks great, but a new TA would be incredible! Im not talking about just giving the Camaro a face lift either. make it really special. Think back when you see that shaker hood twist when you stomp on the gas! Theres nothing quite like it! Or think about how beautiful and crazy the hood vents looked on the 01 ws6! those were so sweet! Then at night, you get in and all the dash lights are red! it almost looks like your sitting in the cockpit of a fighter jet. Also we need to see the real fisher style t-tops back on the car. yea sometimes they would leak, but they looked so awesome everyday and these are the things that made this car so great. extreme body styling and lots of power. I think its so great to drive down the road today and see that there are new American muscle cars being driven again. We got Challengers, Mustangs, Camaros, and the always mighty Corvettes. So I ask GM to please complete this great thing that is happening here and bring the Trans-am back.

    Comments: My parents owned Pontiacs from 1968-1984, then Caddies. My younger brother owned a 1977 and 1978 TransAm, 4-speed, 400 engine. I curently own an original 1979 TATA, WS6 W72 (1 of 1,817),8,500 miles and an original 2002 Firebird TA/SLP Firehawk, M6, 1 of less than 400 SLP TAs produced in black, with the SLP options on this car. 29k miles.

    Comments: Bring back the Pontiac Trans Am... if you can bring back the Malibu and Chevelle after years of non production, you can also bring back the Trans Am. It was the hottest car except for the Vette you ever made. Get 'er done! Otherwise, I am buying Mustangs again... have owned two and never owned a girly Camario!

    Comments: I am a huge GM but mainly a Trans Am Pontiac fan & was devastated to see the brand just vanish from the face of the earth. If it can leave that quick I am sure you guys have the balls to bring it back & make a lot of us fans rebuild a broken brand that was all so strong for much of us. I mean the GTO does not even figure any more & us aussies tried to keep it goin but thank you GM for ignoring that as well after the demise of Pontiac. Please bring back our Birds ???
