ITV has removed The Bill from Scottish Television to other programs. The new slot of 9pm with newer and inproved storylines is only available english T.V. Scottish viewers have not been consulted and can only see it on a Wednesday at Midnight a week later on ITV 3. Sign this petition to get it Back at 9pm on STV
