Few ice cream flavors have approached Ben & Jerrys Festivus in terms of overall harmonious flavor composition. Every other ice cream maker can claim to make a super double fudge chunk, or a Snickers parlor special. But Festivus boasts a sublime combination of brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and caramel, all bound together in creamy goodness.
Change the name if you need to, call up Jerry Seinfeld and negotiate another licensing deal. Do whatever you have to, but the flavors that were Festivus are too good to let languish in the Flavor Graveyard.
