Demand is high for a Trader Joe’s store by the residence in Orange County area. The Town of Monroe contains three villages, as well as the majority of the Village of Harriman, which it shares with the Town of Woodbury. The town lines are very close to the town of Highland Mills, Central Valley, Tuxedo, and Chester NY. Local demand, coupled with growing development in Monroe and nearby towns, makes Monroe New York a prime location for a successful Trader Joe’s store.
