    Comments: I've been awaiting the arrival of the new BlackBerry Z10 for quite some time and now that it's finally going to be released I learn that Sprint won't be carrying it. I've been with Sprint for over 10 years, but this gives me good reason to consider leaving.

    Comments: Like many faithful BB lovers, we have been waiting for the Z10 for quite some time. Now we learn of how powerful it is, and every other carrier is getting it except Sprint is horrendous! Needless to say I have 5 lines looking elsewhere if Sprint doesn't release Z10 in March!

    Comments: Dear Mr. Hesse, We have been Sprint customers for 14 years. While we have enjoyed our service, and the phones we have had in the past, we most certainly want the option to purchase the Z10 as soon as it is available. It is our wish that we will be able to purchase with Sprint.

    Comments: I have been a loyal customer for a long time(10 years). I am very disappointed in the fact that Sprint isn't being more competitive in their phone selections. The Z10 has been anticipated for more than a year now and this is the phone we want! Choosing to limit your selection because of apple and samsung devices is not allowing your customers to choose. The Q10 is nice but it isn't what will compete with the phone we really don't want. Please get the Z10! I don't want an iphone, I don't want a galaxy s or note, I want the Z10 with a Sprint logo!

    Comments: Mr. Hesse - I have been a Spring customer since 2002. I have had a BlackBerry since 2008 and have since switched my wife from Verizon and to a BlackBerry fan as well. Please bring the Z10 to your service! I would hate to have to switch to another company with worse service because they have a device that my 2 lines would appreciate. Thank you for your time.

    Comments: We are very unhappy, and are willing to walk away from sprint for the way we have been treated. Why we always have to be the last one to get anything, and if we do get it is a strip down version. i have been a customer since 1998 with total 4 lines, Mr CEO we want the blackberry z10 when it is release to The US not never or much later. Business people wants a secure world phone, and we want the Blackberry Z10

    Comments: I have had a blackberry for over 15 years and so excited for them to come out with this new phone. Sprint was my first carrier over 20 years ago and is ALWAYS on the first end of the lastest and greatest. Do not let Att or Verizon win this! Keep your loyal customers and offer it. Blackberry is much better than any Iphone!!!

    Comments: Hello. I have been a loyal Sprint customer since high school. I have also been a loyal Blackberry user and will always be because of the phones they offer. However, I realized Sprint is not on the list to carrying the Blackberry Z10 (full touch), but rather confirmed to carry the Blackberry Q10 (physical keyboard). I read it on the new release on sprint.com and I was shocked because I have been waiting for this phone to come out since the summer of last year. Yes, I have been aware of this Z10 from last year summer and I was hoping out of any carrier out their, that Sprint would definitely be carrying that phone. Now that I know Sprint is not getting the Z10, I wanted you to inform your boss that by this action, Sprint will lose thousands, if not millions of customers in the next few months. I can be counted among that big number because it is what I have been waiting for. I had an upgrade last year but there was no phone in my opinion better than the Blackberry Bold I had and currently have, not even the iPhone or Galaxy. Now that there is a phone which I really want (need) and Sprint does not offer it to me, I will have no choice but to jump ship to either Verizon, T-Mobile or AT&T who will all carry the Z10. Maybe is Sprints management who just don't know what the market wants. If that's the case, I'll be more than happy to come work for Sprint starting this fall, I'll have my Bachelors in marketing management. I bet I'll know what the market wants, and will find ways to get it to them. That's how successful carriers survive and grow...hint....Verizon. I am very disappointed in Sprint by only releasing press release about only carrying the Q10 and not the Z10. Unless you guys don't know, the Z10 is really what the Blackberry 10 revolution is all about. The Q10 is just an advanced Blackberry Bold. I hope this message reaches the top management because I really want my voice heard. I may not be an important person to you guys, but trust me I make an impact when I post on blogs and I will support the idea of leaving Sprint if you guys don't get your act together and change your plans and get the Z10. Not just that, but also announce it ASAP because customers are already deciding to leave from now. Some people who are impatient will quickly cancel their contracts to move to another character when they find out you won't carry the Z10. Just please do something about this because as a Huge Blackberry fan and a loyal customer who loves Sprint alot, I really just want to be a happy customer.

    Comments: I have 4 lines I have been waiting since Aug 2012 to use my $300 upgrade to get the blkberry 10 I will cancel my lines and go with another servicer provider that offers the blkberry 10 if Sprint does not get it within a month (by March 1 2013)
