We, the undersigned, wish affirmative action to be taken against Nick Ross, owner of Proviation, Dunstable for his alleged long-term fraudulent activities including, but not limited to:
1. Obtaining money by means of orders placed on his website (www.proviationshop.co.uk) which makes false claims about stock availability and dispatch times. (Obtaining money by deception is a criminal offence)
2. Protracted ignorance of customers finding themselves out-of-pocket after being deceived by said website into placing an order with Proviation and then not receiving the ordered goods or able to obtain a refund.
3. Often ignoring customer complaints, unless they post their complaint on a public website, at which point there is usually an immediate response.
4. Trying to placate disgruntled customers with repeated false promises regarding imminent action in respect of delivery or refund, such that the time limit allowed for lodging a claim with services such as PayPal expires.
5. Flagging of negative reviews on TrustPilot (www.trustpilot.co.uk), in order to hide from public view, the experiences of victims of his alleged dishonesty.
6. Attempting to bribe reviewers to remove their negative reviews from TrustPilot, etc.
7. Claims to membership of organisations, which have black-listed him for his unethical behaviour, by displaying the organisations’ logos on his website.
8. Trying to excuse his lack of attention to customer care by claiming it is just a minor issue which is in the process of being, or has already been fixed.
