Netflix finally confirmed they are bringing their app to our platform. It took a long time to get here and I am drained, but looking at these 447 signatures tells me it was worth the effort.

The grind is exhausting but I am still here pushing for this app. We are nearing a hundred signatures and hitting that mark is the only way to get them to look our way.

Ouya is the perfect platform: it's easy to port an Android application to, and still extremely easy to use. It accepts an external wireless keyboard and costs as much as an Apple TV or Roku3. Even better: add keyboard navigation to the Android app and that'll help a lot.
I think the Ouya would become a major contender for my main console if I didn't have to switch to the Xbox to watch Netflix.
Playcast is going to make game controllers the normal interface for more streaming boxes, Netflix should get ahead of the game and develop its generic Android app operated by game controller for the OUYA now.
My ouya is perfect but side-loading a crappy build of netflix is obnoxious, and doesnt work very well.
I will basically only keep my netflix membership if they can make this happen. The OUYA is now my central TV experience so if netflix doesnt adapt they will lose me.

Crucial. I use netflix and I'd like to see this happen. Also, I know several people who are ready to cut the cable like I have. I've told them about ouya and I'm sure if there was a netflix app, it'd be a win/win for them too.
