On March 12th I had a knock on my door, It was a police officer and CPS work's. They stated they wanted to speak with me. I am at a total loss for words, they stated that my children are I'm their words terrified to come home. I said what do you mean the o.ly thing that I could think is my boyfriend and I had a argument about my son wearing girls boots and did I mention we slept in they had exactly 16 min to be at bus stop. I was told by another childs parent that my daughter was upset and tired not wanting to go to school so she sad she's telling EVERYONE THAT MY BOYFRIEND THE MAN SHE CALLS DADSY THAT HE CHOKED ME AND SCARES THEM TO THE POINT OF NOT WANTING TO COME HOME. I don't know what to tell them for about a hour they told me that he did and I stated if that was so I would call police. They say finally I don't feel comfortable letting them come here I DONT KNOW MY RIGHTS I WANTED MY KIDA WITH ME. So my father agreed for him to come get us and sttay there at his house. I WAS NEVER TOLD I WAS ON 30 DAY EVALUATION I WAS NEVER TOLD I COULD GO HOME. My daughter finally admitted to doing it after my son said but sissy you told me he did.... THE WORKER ISN'T LETTING ME KNOW ANYTHING HE TOLD ME THAT I HAD TO SIGN SAFETY PLAN AND HAVE MY KIDS WITH MY FATHER AND THAT THEY CAN'T BE AROUND ME UNSUPERVISED. BECAUSE I WENT HOME AFTER MY DAUGHTER BECAME HONEST WITH ME. I am lost and deserve my kids home with me I have been a single parent their whole life and due to my daughter going through some serious things she is angry. And confused please help bring my ANGELS HOME. I believe my constitutional and civil rights where broke. Please help if u can in anyway.
