We are frustrated!

We are residents of Trenton, Ontario and VIA Rail Canada has been neglecting us for years, its time to put our foot down and our voices heard. We are requesting this, but people must sign to be able to be heard. We are tired of being leaving in the dark, we want to be heard not ignored. Our goal is that to have more trains during the afternoon, so many trains go at 90mph speed but from 11:00 am - 6:00 pm about 10 VIA's daily go through here, so why not have a few stop before approaching Belleville. Encourage our economy and our tourists.

Having a train at 06:27 am does not help us who rely on Transit and do not have enough for Taxi. We pay enough as it is in fares to Toronto and of course no service to Montreal ... we have to pay a cab to Belleville just to get to Montreal, how does that benefit us? It doesn't! It makes us spend more money than what we need to! This is not fair for us! You know how expensive it is to take a cab from here in Trenton $26.00 one way. Thats how much for round trip $52.00!!! That could have been revenue for VIA. Of course they never thought of that!

VIA: You fix up Belleville, Cobourg what about us with a tiny station, the platform is not safe, we would like VIA/CN whoever owns it to fix it. But we are in need of our station to be structurally safe, its rusting out the bottom and pieces missing for animals can go into the roof, the door is deafening. This is totally Embarrassing!
