The purpose of this Petition is to make the new owners of Ashford Belmar (previously Parc Belmar) aware of the resident's absolute displeasure with the new management company, Riverstone Residential.

As residents, we have been forced to deal with dirty grounds, unfriendly and uninformed staff members, constantly changing clubhouse hours that do not allow us to use the amenities during the hours as they are and weremarketed to us, a manager who is physically and mentally void from the property, poor customer service, and weeks of unreturned phone calls and unfulfilled service requests.

The "transition period" has come and gone, yet Riverstone Residential and it's staff continue touse the change in management as an excuse fortheir unreasonable business practices, inability to manage the community responsibly, and lacking abilities in customer service.

Residents signing this petition are respectfully requesting that RADCO deliver to Riverstone Residential a 30-day notice to terminate management and negotiate a new management contract with the previous management company, Grand Peaks.
