Hi, my name is John Dinane also known as Frenchy to many of you. I'm in need of every one's help in getting your signature for this petition to be presented to the city council of Scottsdale. I was operating my hot dog stand for two years at a different night club Monday to Saturday. Then they told me I couldn't operate any more and that I was braking one of the city codes. I then found out that this code was issued back in 1969 and I'm the first to fight it. I am here to say and ask of you all some of your time to get your signature's and help me (Frenchy) get back on track as I fight for my small business to keep in growing.
