Okay Dolfans, The 2013 NFL regular season has just ended, and the Miami Dolphins are out of the playoffs? once again with a disappointing 8-8 record. Who do we blame for this Major Collapse? Personally, I would have to say the HC Joe Philbin? his coaching staff? & last but not least the GM Jeff Ireland? to go into the last 2 games of the season, knowing full well that you're playoff hopes rest on defeating two inferior opponents: i,e Buffalo Bills/New York Jets; who are only playing for pride, and not a playoff spot! is just' Unacceptable. Granted this team has had it's fair share of controversy this season, with the Jonathan Martin/Richie Incognito scandal. But...that's no excuse! to completely fall apart when you're season mattered most, and let the biggest opportunity to make a playoff berth in 5 years slip away from you're grasp. Anyone who knows the NFL, understands how quickly a locker room can be lost, if those player's in that locker room don't believe in who is leading them? Without strong leadership from the coaching staff, and particularly the head coach? a team can very quickly lose it's way. Dolfans! Someone has to be made accountable for this "Embarrassing Debacle" Enough is enough! we as fans will no longer tolerate these average to mediocre seasons. You promised us a winning team Mr Ross, Now deliver on your'e promise! wipe the slate clean, and give us a new coaching staff and GM, we have supported this club for many years, most of us our whole lives! we deserve success just as much as you do.
