Whereas the average American working adult and women can't afford it. But they are constanting pushing for it to be higher tutition and the upper class, even the celebrities are supporting having colleges being harder to grow to and graduate and keep jobs, oppuritunities from people in the Great Lakes and Middle America, especially, as well as even California and Flordia and New York. If you haven't noticed the ads on the radio and internet for babies to go to college and the laws pasted so deadbeat parents or parents whom can afford it can pay for it now. But even the average girl at Wal-mart can't go to college on her own.
