Bring Charlie home

We need to help Jessie Proulx Mandley who has reported and searched for her dog Charlie for literally months the Lincoln county humane society had and adopted out this dog although they had a report of the missing dog as well as a Pic they are a member of my lost and found site and the dog has been on it forever and they just found it adopted out to another family....although i feel for the family who adopted him but these people deserve there dog be returned to them who is with me i am willing to help her fight to get her family back together
