Comments: the american carriers don't want the iphone to compete with bb10, it just that simple. They are doing all that they know to do to perpetuate the procrastination of not selling the bb10 phones.

Comments: This is unacceptable that the number one country in the world does not seem to be in the frontline of this new technology. Customers are left with thinking this is intentionally done by US carriers for reasons best known to them for financial gains on select phone makers

Comments: US carriers are becoming more of a disappointment then a provider. Rates keep going up and services are declining. Too many restrictions like not allowing us to tether like other countries do. We pay too much $ for too little. Corporate greed will be your demise.

Comments: Start with the wastful over spdienng and being so business unfriendly. Then if more money is truely needed the residents of this state would be willing to help. It is very hard to feel sorry for the mess those in Springfield have created when they continue to pass bills to create unfriendly conditions, project labor agreements is just one of the many wastful recent bills. If moving our company becomes anoption, we will be gone also!

Comments: The district court’s conclusion that a single color can never serve as a trademark in the fashion industry was based on an incorrect understanding of the doctrine of aesthetic functionality,” U.S. Circuit Judge Jose Cabranes wrote in today’s decision. “We conclude that the trademark, as thus modified, is entitled to trademark protection.Achieved Victory’Cabranes also said that Yves Saint Laurent’s use of a red outer sole on monochromatic red shoes “does not infringe” on Louboutin’s trademark. Granting Louboutin broad rights for the color red would harm competition, he said. cheap red bottom shoes http://buyredbottomshoes.webs.com/
