First. I love Okeechobee Steak House and eat there on a regular basis. One of the appeals to the restaurant besides the incredible steaks is the awesome salad bar. I recently had a wonderful birthday meal there but the missing salad bar was a let down. I found out the reason for the removal of the salad bar and it turned out to be a technical issue with the drain for the salad bar when the ice melts. It seamed to be a good reason while they were forced to remove it however I am sure there would be a solution to it if there was enough of a demand for its return. Let's see if we can show the ownership of OSH that enough people show their support for its return.
