These eggs are being sold all over the world, and I have never heard of an incident of a child choking. The parents buy the egg, and most kids don't even want the chocolate they just want the toy inside. It is called a surprise egg for this reason, it has a surprise inside. Why would the U.S. ban them? Does the FDA think so little of American parents that they think they would give this to an infant that does not know better? If you need to slap a label on it, do it if it makes you feel better. I find it insulting that the FDA thinks we are unfit parents, and do not have enough sense to explain this product to our child. Or even that our children are so dumb, that if they find a yellow plastic capsule the size of roughly a ping pong ball (oval) inside a chocolate egg, they will think that it is for some reason O.K. to eat. (The toy is inside the capsule) Please sign this and let the FDA know that it is not all right to assume that you, and your child or children are idiots.
