hi,iam a dog lover and over the last 10 years there has been alot of animal crualty and negleted dogs. dogs left to starve, dogs left at the side of the road some drowed and even used for fighting, recently in my own area I have been alarmed to hear about groups stealing family dogs for fighting and these dog left for dead in a terrible state . and then theres the ileagal breeds and fighting dogs which have killed and mauld children the most recent on the news in march. the amount of incidents surely warrents the returne of the dog licence, not just for the safty issue also for the pure sedistic and evil cruelty of dogs, this peticion will be put forward to the scottish and brittish governments. and if passed will help track and trace rogue ownwers and vicious dogs, it will help prevent animal crualty and illegal trade and prevent chilfren being indured and killed bye vicious dogs. my aim is to get this law reintroduced for prevention to crualty of animals, in a way to amke it harder to get a dog, as too many people take animals for granted, a dog is for life not just for christmas as the saying goes, a dog is a exspensive investment so look after them. sign this petition please help us make a diffrence,
