Who can forget the sight of a Formula 1 driver driving around on his victory lap with the flag of his country proudly being flown from his car. Who can forget pictures of Ayrton Senna or Nigel Mansell with the Brazilian flag and Union Jack respectively flowing from their cars as they celebrated their hard earned victory. These days there is so much emphasis on money and the ruthlessness of the sport - the fans deserve to see the drivers celebrating like they did in days gone by. Please sign this petition to bring back flags on victory laps! It should be simple to devise a safe way for a flag to be flown in the modern multi-million pound world of F1.
