Comments: I have known Didier since 2000. He has been such a light in my life, and is one of the most beautiful people I have ever known. When I heard that Didier had been let go, I was in complete and utter shock. I hope that this decision will be reconsidered, and he will be brought back to his prior position at the YMCA where he can continue to teach and enrich the lives of all those who know and love him.

Comments: Didier's yoga practice and pure teaching is of the highest integrity and wisdom, and has nurtured deep roots within the community. Students of Didier have grown together, and matured class by class, thanks in large part to the "Y" being the physical ground of a spiritual family tree. Many branches reach out to areas of common good, in true Y philosophy. Please consider our request and allow the fruits of Didier's unique teaching to continue to blossom from the Y!

Comments: Generally YMCA instructors do not have the level of experience comparable to private yoga studios nor are they able to provide the level of instruction offered elsewhere. It is a definite benefit that the First Coast YMCA has Didier’s experience, background, and integrity of instruction; all of which is recognized by the general yoga community within the rest of the First Coast. Because of Didier you have instruction at the private level offered at a community YMCA. Please do not let a few comments by narrow minded members and the desire to be politically correct rob the Winston Y of one of the area’s true genuine instructors.

Comments: This is a guy who is a true professional in the practice of Yoga, and a guy who has brought the pleasures of Yoga to his students at the Y as well as in the other venues where he teaches. I would like to request that he be reinstated as an instructor at the various Ys where he has been teaching.

Comments: Didier has brought lots of love and peace into the lives of the people he has taught yoga to. He is a thoughtful and kind hearted person with not an ill intent in his body. We don't necessarily have to agree with what everyone says all of the time but take what we can use to better ourselves and throw out what does not serve us. Whoever it was that got upset over what Didier said has to look w/in themselves and resolve the issue there. He does not deserve to lose his income and the yoga community does not deserve to lose him.

Comments: Freedom of speech is our choice. How you hear the words of speech, is your choice. There is no greater evidence than the reason WHY there is a presidential election. Business leadership skills prove legally that the best interests of maintaining and growing a profitable business, is by being its "mission statement." (posted on the front door of the building)

Comments: I'm very surprised and disappointed to know that YMCA did let Didier go. I was practicing yoga in his group for many years. He brought to YMSA so much: his passion for teaching yoga, great sense of humor, love to music, and to people attending his class. WMCA will be empty without him, and will turn into one of the regular gyms.

Comments: Didier has been a source of inspiration for too many of us to not show unconditional support in this situation. He is indeed one of very few who has dedicated his life to not only his passion yoga but also the sharing of his knowledge of yoga and spirituality. The Y would be remissed to overlook the difference he has made in some many of our lives. Please bring Didier back.

Comments: Didier Razon turns any ordinary exercise room into a magical delight, so for an hour out of people's lives, they are able to perform amazing feats of inner silence and outer movements. Didier's personality is what draws people and keeps people in his classes, classes which bring his students to a place of peace. This physical and emotional peace that Didier's classes bring to people's lives help those people to live in a more thoughtful and kind way. Also, Didier gets EVERYONE upside down! Where else can we be free just like little kids again? Bring Didier back!

Comments: I attended yoga with my Mom. Didier never said anything against anyone, but simply shared his opinion in FAVOR of something/someone. And if someone disagrees, then they just shouldn't come to the class anymore, not ruin it for the rest of us. As J. Petit Senn said, "happiness is where we seek it." My Mom sought happiness in Didier's yoga classes, the one place where she felt that she could just "breathe" and of course, it's taken away. Didier wasn't the only one who was fired, we all were. I mean, I'm only eleven and I felt the pain when he was fired just as much as my Mom or Didier did. He always made us few kids in class feel just as important and included as the adults.
