WE, the undersigned, viewers in Canada’s Capital Ottawa, viewers of Eastern Ontario and Western Québec draw the attention to the President Bell Media Mr. Kevin W. Crull and Adam Ashton, the Senior Vice-President, Business Operations protest the firing / lay off of Corey Ginther, Sports Broadcaster on CTV Ottawa without just cause.

WE, the undersigned, will no longer support CTV Ottawa and CTV 2 as it is of our opinion that there is no competent Senior Management. The path that it has taken in laying off so many outstanding hosts and broadcasters has angered the majority of the viewing area of CTV Ottawa and CTV 2. Many have already stopped watching those 2 stations.

THEREFORE, your petitioners request the re-instatement of Corey Ginther as Weekend Sports Broadcaster for CTV Ottawa. We call on you to consider this petition very serious as we see no other option but to boycott your station and communicate to all advertisers of CTV Ottawa and CTV 2 that we will not support any advertisers by purchasing their services. We ask you Mr. Crull and Mr. Ashton to please investigate the wrongful dismissal of Corey Ginther and the management of this well loved TV station (previously known as CJOH TV).
