    Comments: They should turn the sign off at 7 or 8 pm and turn on again after daybreak. No need to keep it on during later evening hours. Be considerate of your neighbors.

    Comments: The signs of concern are only seen by the neighbors and we are less likely to shop at the store. Just do not light them up at night they are huge, very bright and eye catching even when not lighted.

    Comments: I think Target already has enough signs to identify the store and the one facing Clare's street is not necessary. Remove the sign.

    Comments: We have been forced to keep all our front shades closed from the early hours on because the sign is so invasive.The red light still comes thru our front door window. I'm just grateful it doesn't face our bedroom.
