Comments: The sign is awful. If you plan on selling your house you have to disclose the "interference" from Target. Thanks Target for keeping my property value low.

Comments: How would you like a bright red sign lighting up your bedroom at night while you are trying to sleep????? Even if you don't live in this neighborhood, sign this and help support these people affected.

Comments: The sign beams a very bright light right into the backyards of a neighborhood - not a business district. Local citizens are not allowed to beam lights into backyards; it's against the law. Why is legal for Target to do harm local citizens in this way?

Comments: Would LOVE to get sleep at night without the BRIGHT RED LIGHT shining through my bedroom window. Really too old for a night light.

Comments: The trees are loosing their leaves and this big bright red bulls eye is what we see from our single story home front room window, kitchen window, and from our front porch and yard. Target, we know you are there so please be a good neighbor and turn off this intrusive sign. Better yet, remove it. Thank you

Comments: Everyone who wants to know, knows where Target is in Capitola. This location is not visible from a freeway where a sign could be seen by travelers. The only people who can really see these signs are in the many neighboring homes and deserve to have a peaceful environment free of light pollution. Let people get a good night's sleep for goodness' sake!

Comments: Target went through all the legal steps to get as much advertising signs as possible to promote their business. They even had to check how the TRAFFIC FLOW would be affected by their LIGHTED SIGNS, but what was overlooked was how the signs were going to affect their NEIGHBORS RIGHTS TO PRIVACY. Is there anybody out there that can legally HELP solve this problem. Please call the Supervisor for this District and ask for help or Capitola City Council, Ph 831-475-7300 - Fax 831-464-8659

Comments: The Clare's street sign shines super bright right into my living room. It's ironic that I can't see the sign at all when I drive on Capitola road, 17th ave as well as Soquel frontage road! can you PLEASE move the sign?
