We The Resident of Brick Gate Apartment Complex, Petition the administration of Brick Gate Apartments to reconsider, rewrite, and reissue, our rights as rent payers. We all have received the "Inspection Notice" and it is completely absurd and does not specify ANY black/white areas. It is totally grey shades of expectation and unrealistic ones at that. You know how many people are housed in these apartments. you know how many of them have children. you know what the chances are of something on your lists being identified in each house because of how broad those expectations are. you know we do not have a clean water supply and you know people have complained relentlessly about that. people have even become sick and injured as a result of the water supply. We as a community as petitioning for you to respect us and use better more reasonable expectations as well as less transparent ones. If you do NOT revise our rent payers contracts we will refuse to pay our rent until the following issues have been taken care of.

- A CLEANER WATER SUPPLY

- NO RESRICTIONS ON OUR "BLINDS" OTHER THEN WHAT THE LAW STATES

- OUR CHILDREN CAN HAVE WHATEVER THEY LIKE IN OUR HOUSE OR ON OUR PORCH

-WE CAN LOCK OUR BIKES UP WHEREVER WE FEEL SAFE KEEPING THEM SO LONG IT'S ON OUR PROPERTY

- NO RESCRITIONS ON WHAT LIGHTS WE MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE ON IN OUR HOMES. (UNTIL THE END OF OUR CONTRACT)
