We need stricter laws against child abusers/pedophiles. Here is what I would like to propose to the federal government. 1st offense child abuse, no death to victim---Life imprisonment, no parole, no protective custody. 1st offense child abuse, death to victim---Death Penalty, no appeals, sentence to be carried out within one year of conviction. When you abuse a child in any way you forfeit your rights as a human being. These laws should also be the consequences for anyone who knew about the abuse and did nothing to stop it. This action makes you just as accountable. When a dog is a nuisance to society, we put it down. That's it. Child abusers/pedophiles are no better than a vicious dog. Maybe if laws were stricter, we could end the abuse.
