Earning 3 points for every hour worked is the most ridiculous idea McDonald's could possibly come up with. Why is it fair that a crew member on a 5/6 hour shift can only afford to have one thing when someone like a manager on a 10 hour shift can afford a full meal. Why should we slave ourselves just to earn a meal? I thought in todays world we were all equal? So why are some people entitled to more? This isn't the Victorian times people this is the 21st Century and we have rights! We have a right to being provided a decent meal whilst we slave away all day. We have a right to Adequate amount of food..  Managers won't obey by these rules, they never do. As usual it's one rule for one and one rule for another. Take this for an example.. we earn 3 points for every hour worked and a chicken wrap is 18 points. So basically we're having to work 6 hours just to get the wrap, and in money terms if you're on £5p/h thats costing you £30? Get real, you wouldn't expect customers to pay that so why should we?
