   Comments: Last year we, as a family renewed our cell phone contracts. We were on a granfathered plan that was great...we went over minutes one month so we called to see if we should change to save money. They gave a new plan with a great price so we switched; then we got the bill. The new plan was over twice what we were quoted. They couldn't give us our old plan back and we were expected to pay the new price despite it not being what we were told. Strike 1. When I moved my business I was forced to take AT&T because that was all that was offered. I was given an install date and 4 hour time frame. No one showed up. I called every hour that day and finally got an installer at 5:30 in the afternoon for an 8-12 install. Strike 2. I just got my business phone bill and once again they are charging me more than what I was quoted. I ask to remove my phone line because I want as little to do with this company as possible and they tell me that I have a one year contract. I told them I was never told that and they tell me well it's verbal and assumed. I requested that it be added to my record that I will not recognize and do not agree to any further verbal contracts with their company--it all has to be in writing. Strike 3! Please sign this petition! This company needs to be held accountable for its horrible customer service and its dishonesty.
