Comments: Nickolas should be treated with as much mercy and compassion as he showed Brayton...which is absolutely none.

Comments: There is a chance here to be proactive instead of reactive. We need change in our justice system for those who refuse to change, for themselves, or are deemd unchangeable. Since there is a no real rehabilitation for socio/psychopaths I feel our tax money can be better spent.

Comments: This kid is a bad seed. He will hurt more people. Judges & parole boards should be vigilant & harsher than now, & WAY more ACCOUNTABLE. Canadian penalties & institutions are a joke, "Club Feds" for sure compared to any other nation, especially medium & minimum security. Give this murderer SOME kind of adult sentence! Where was his mercy for his cousin!

Comments: Has this judge even thought That while Braytons family will do a life time of hell !!!!But yet his murderer will continue to live a normal life after his short sentance in a joke facility This induvidgual has been in trouble with the law several times before , so my question to the justice system is , When Nick is released what will he do next who will he hurt Or who will he kill Our system needs to grow up ! Our system is supose to protect us from people like this , but it doesnt !!

Comments: Nick needs to be held in an Adult prison because he is a threat to us. Please do not put him into a Youth facility. We should be very afraid.

Comments: I think he should spend his given sentence as an adult, NOT in a youth facility especially since there are severe concerns for his behaviour already!!!! I think the flaws in our justice system need SEVERE review along with changes!!!

Comments: You are slapping these violent murderers on the hand. This in no way is punishment. This animal should be locked away for life. This justice system of ours is wrong and this man(if you wish to call him that should be sentenced immediately in an adult facility.
