Comments: I think it is long past the time where we seem more concerned with the rights of the accused and became more concerned with the rights of the victims! Who it to be held accountable if the dire concerns of the judge come to be I would suggest that all of us who knew of this and remained silent should bear some of that burden, and I for one think Tammy her family and friends have suffered more than enough!

Comments: The victims are the victims for their life, they have lost a love one by means that were not accidental. I can not understand a crime of this sort and the guilty being freed in the future, to do it again, to go on with freedom. The person taken is no longer, and can not enjoy their right to life. The survivors of the deceased have lost and can never get back what they lost.

Comments: I am so sick and tired of light sentences that are given to supposed young offenders. Make him take responsibility for his act and 25 years as an adult is still not enough...why did we eliminate the death sentence for such transgressions

Comments: Commit the crime you do your time. At 16 years old he knew exactly what he was doing. For one this court case has gone on long enough, however because it did Nick is now 19 yrs old an adult and therefore should be in an adult facility. The youth facility does not need a physcho like him to influence other youth. No sympathy here, send him to a South American prison and see how long he lasts for a crime against family.
