   Comments: I have my correctional diploma and I really dispise the YCJA and all that it stands for.. Under circumstances i would agree if the child has a mental disability.. but a child knows right from wrong at a young age. I dont think there should be such thing once they reach the age of 12-14. Or have them in a youth facility for the begining but once 16 Sorry your in adult facility

   Comments: i really agree with this guy going to an adult facility. because in life their is courses you must take and every one is different you can never go back but you can prevent things from happening in life because what a person does with their own hands in life are responsible for their wrong doing there fore this guy murdered my little sister and did it with no second thinking like what if this was his family or child or even a close friend, what people fail to remember is to take a life in vain, that is the devil.that is the hell you live with even long after your gone, because Christie Christie did not need to die. She was young very beautiful and smart, she knew what she wanted even when we were little she had her whole life ahead of her and i think this guy will just get out and then still chill with the same crowd this time he has bin doing i think he needs a adult jail not young offender Sincerely.     Comments: my heart pour out for these poor people who lost not one but 2 young men. the worst part is that for one there is no future. i believe the other committed a crime for which there is no justification. his life should be forfeited as well in a manner befitting the crime. Life imprisonment is just although even he will get to move forward and complete that which poor nickolas will never get to see.

He murdered his cousin in cold blood, and has never shown any remorse for his crime, not that it would matter to Brayton's family anyway....     Comments: Life in prison, What does that really mean, 25 years and parole in 10, That does not sound to me like life in prison, It only means a stay at a hoilday inn, Prison now a days have all the luxurys we all have in are homes, telephones T.V computers etc, We the public need the prisons to change, Take away all the luxurys, then just maybe KILLERS would think twice before taken a life, If these S.O.Bs had to really live in the HOLE the rest of their life, That would be a start. my heart goes out to colin tammy, for what they are living with for the rest of their life, REST IN PEACE BRAYTON.......
