   Comments: I think the youth justice system isn`t there to look out for the victims...it is only there to look for the best interest of the youth. What happened to Brayton was absolutely sick! That "man" that did this to him should rot in prison with no chance for parole....Brayton will never grow old and get married and have kids...why should Nick get that chance?

    Comments: Every man is created equal therefore once he is old enough he should serve in an adult prison. If he had commited the crime at the age of 19 then he would have been sentenced to an adult sentence anyways. the bases of these laws are to help create order in society. if we dont enforce the law then we are creating chaos, not peace. we are giving those who have the opportunity to commit heinous crimes with minimal consequence. that is not how society functions. that is not Justice.
