Remembering the sadness and urgency in the EMT's voices as they tried mercilessly to save Brandy, is something I will never forget. What happened to Brandy should never happen to another child again. Her mother should not be allowed to go free after this heinous crime.

    Comments: I've been handing out petitions for a week and the response I get is overwhelming. After all this time people are still brought to tears at the mention of her name and her story. This a beautiful baby, a gift from God and her life ended tragically at the hands of her own mother. It makes me sick to my stomach. This baby went through more in her short life than anyone should ever go through. Donna does not deserve to be alive let alone be able to be released early after the things she did to her baby.     Comments: I have already signed one petition at the News Store in Lonaconing,MD., but I felt the need to sign again. This woman was no mother, she was a monster. I have 3 daughters, one will be 4 in a few months, and nothing she does could make me mad enough to raise a hand to her, let alone a belt or anything else. This woman deserves everything she gets, it's just too bad they didn't petition the death sentence. I don't believe in taking a life, but a crime as hideous as this one she deserves to lose hers for ending the life of such a beautiful child before her life even started. I wasn't even living in the area at the time, and I had only heard the story for the first time last week, but it upset me that someone could be so inhumane. I pray that those judges show no mercy on this woman and that she spends the rest of her life behind bars living with the guilt of her horrendous crime, but even that won't be punishment enough.

    Comments: I was not old enough to remember this but have heard about it and also read all the articles that are on this site and i think she should stay there she does not deserve a second chance since she did not let her daughter even have a chance at all. I have three kids of my own and could never do a thing like that the are the most important things in my life. Please let me know what they decide on when it goes back to court.     Comments: Although I was only 7 years old at the time of Brandys death, and didn't know about it back then. After reading about it in the Keyser News Tribune, it had a huge impact on me. I couldn't believe that something like this could happen around our area. I believe that Donna White should remain in prison until death. Thank you.

    Comments: When God blesses you with a child, that is a precious gift to be cherished - not abused - its a mommy's job to protect their child - do anything for their well being, and to LOVE them with all their heart. It breaks my heart to even think what this little angel had to endure. She is safe now and in the arms of God looking down and feeling very proud of her Daddy and his friends.
